These terms apply to every order placed at B.BOLD. By ordering, you agree to them.

2. Orders, prices and payment

Your order is final once you receive our order confirmation by email.
All prices are in euros and include VAT.
You pay at checkout with one of the payment methods shown there.
Every release is limited. If an item sells out after you ordered, we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Delivery

We ship within the European Union. Shipping within the Netherlands is free. For all other EU countries the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
We ship with PostNL, with track and trace. Your order leaves us within 1 working day. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days in the Netherlands and 3 to 7 working days elsewhere in the EU.
Each box is sent as its own letterbox parcel. If you order more than one, they may arrive separately.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you may cancel it and we will refund you in full.

4. Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your order within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason.
Let us know by email at info@daretobbold.com, or use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. We will confirm we received it.
After you cancel, you have 14 days to send your order back.

5. Returns

Send your order back unworn and unwashed, in the original box, with the metal card and travel pouch included.
You may try the boxer on to check the fit, as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
The cost of sending a return is yours. We recommend a service with track and trace; keep your proof of posting.

6. Refunds

We refund the full amount you paid, including the standard shipping cost of your order, within 14 days of your cancellation, using the same payment method you paid with.
We may wait until your return has arrived, or until you have shown us proof of posting.

7. Wrong size

Picked the wrong size? Email us within 14 days after delivery and send the boxer back under the same conditions as a return. We ship your new size free of charge, as long as it is in stock. If it is not, we refund you.

8. Faulty or wrong item

Our products must be what you may expect of them. This legal guarantee applies in full.
If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We cover all costs and repair, replace or refund it.

9. Complaints and applicable law

Not happy? Email info@daretobbold.com. We reply within 14 days.
Dutch law applies to these terms and to every order. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
